With more than thirty years experience in the optical coating services industry, Axsys offers proprietary thin film services such as the application of IR anti-reflection and reflective coatings, diamond like hard carbon coating, surface metalization for solderable windows, wide band and narrow bandpass filters, and custom design of beamsplitter and other IR coatings. Axsys also provides state of the art diamond turning services built upon nearly 20 years of experience in our climate-controlled diamond turning production facility, where diameters from 4mm to 350mm can easily be processed to almost any customer requirement. Further, Axsys offers athermalization of thermal lens assemblies, which are available with or without electronic controls for focusing, zooming, and filter wheel selection. Many systems are available as standard products; others may be designed by Axsys for custom application. Additionally, Axsys' metrology lab is equipped with state-of-the-art Automated Modulation Transfer Function Stations and other equipment available for testing customer-furnished optical components and systems.
