Integrated Manufacturing Facilities

Located in Gilbert, Arizona, our facilities are comprised of more than 300,000 square feet of space spanning two campuses. Our satellite manufacturing building – America’s most modern and efficient – incorporates 135,000 square feet of assembly, integration and test space that can accommodate the development of 20 satellites in various stages of development. The building also has a 14,000-square-foot bay designed to produce multiple space vehicles.

Under one roof, we manufacture the spacecraft bus, integrate the mission payloads, and perform full-system environmental and compatibility testing. This minimizes hardware and security risks by eliminating any need to remove the satellite from the facility until ready for mating with the launch vehicle.
