Q: How long does it take to repair an Axsys/Cineflex Camera System?
     A: Once we receive the unit at our repair facility, maintenance turn-around times are usually within ten business days. Exceptions to this include bigger than normal repair backlogs, any engineering that is required on the system, as well as any major sub-assemblies from the system that require being sent out for further factory repair (Sony, Fujinon, Canon, etc.). We have great working relationships with all of our manufacturing partners and all repair times are expedited to provide our customer with fast maintenance turn-around times. For customers with tailored service and support contracts, guaranteed maintenance turn-around times and spare systems are made available.

Q: Does Axsys Technologies offer loaner/rental systems to customers during repairs?
     A: Axsys Technologies provides custom service contracts with each customer at a level that they require. If a customer cannot afford to be without their system, a loaner system may be shipped out if available on a priority level to our customers throughout the world.
